Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment-related ordinances and align with overseas practices, while communicating with the agency
- Manage staff compensation projects and exercises, with a particular emphasis on ESOP schemes
- Take responsibility for the full spectrum of C&B operations, including payroll calculation, pension administration, taxation, and leave management for overseas business and Hong Kong
- Provide input for designing and developing compensation strategies, including short-term and long-term incentives, and support all aspects of benefits management
- Prepare regular HR-related statistics and reports
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma in Human Resources Management is required
- Experience in handling oversea C&B issues
- Solid understanding of rewarding scheme/ ESOP schemes
- Knowledge in the Employment Ordinance, insurance, retirement schemes of Hong Kong, and overseas regulations
- Organized, independent, responsible, and skilled in communication, interpersonal relations, and time management
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resource Officer
